This is what happens when you buy a suitcase full of very
cheap tools.

Isn’t the torque on that bolt way more than you’d expect even a good tool that size to handle? I mean if it bent like that without a cheater, that’s probably not a good sign, but I’d want a breaker bar to get it off, and a good sized torque wrench to get it back on.

I’d have gone further.
Truth be told...that was never going to go as planned.

That is correct, I was a noob.
However this set of tools is just like this. It happens way more often than it needs to, even on reasonable applications, where my other steel tools have no problems.

You need a breaker bar there boss.

Gimme a break

Maybe we are looking at this incorrectly. Perhaps the tools are strong, but you are the strongest person alive and they can’t keep up with you.

Now it’s ergonomically contoured!
In related news, they just opened a Harbor Freight in my town. I feel like I should sit out front with warning signs to deter customers, like a Planned Parenthood wacko.

But still not as strong as that nut...

You should snap the ratchet mechanism before bending the handle... I know I’ve done that before...

Almost thought that said “Kraft Boy”... like it’s from a toy set or something .

Exactly!

No, some of their stuff is actually pretty good. Some of it is total garbage, for sure. You just have to shop smart there. Kinda like IKEA.
